In that case, you can use my INI file. Copy it to your VC directory. This INI is universal in the English version.

Yes, yes, I also found out. This is a bug in 4.99: you can't create an INI in pure DOS, only read or rewrite the INI. As long as you run it once under WINDOWS to create the INI, the problem is solved. I used to just copy it to the DOS disk and use it, alas...
