I saw 9.
There are not just three in the upper left corner, there are four. One of them uses the gap between the bird and the tip of the pillar below as the person's nose.
Also, you don't need to flip the monitor upside down, and you don't need to tilt your head to look. You just need to put the picture into image editing software and rotate it however you like. But even after rotating it back and forth, I still didn't see 12 like the person in the post above.
