And I still don't understand what is different between your 53K version and his 42K one??
Please enlighten me

That 53KB version is on my MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk. But it isn't compressed with UPX. You can't compress DUSE with UPX, otherwise it won't work.

I also compressed it with UPX, and it won't work.
Can it be compressed with PKLITE? Could you tell me what software you used to compress it?
