I used an original English WinXP Corporate Professional Edition (with SP1 applied) to make a winpe. But just as it was about to enter the pe interface, an error appeared and it rebooted. Since it rebooted too fast I couldn't get a screenshot, and I couldn't see clearly what the error was. This WinXP Corporate Professional Edition may not be able to make winpe.

This is only because the Chinese "font" files weren't copied over. You just need to COPY one over from XP. The size is "bootfont.bin/315kb", put it in the root directory.

Adding bootfont.bin is the same. In my opinion, since the pe was made using the English WinXP edition, it is originally an English pe, so it doesn't matter much whether the Chinese "font" files were copied over or not.

Ugh. I tried N times and still can't download it...
If this 505M one really is the ISO of the original genuine XP, then I'm really going to faint... Last time I searched on the Peking University Tianwang FTP and found one that also claimed to be the original genuine XP ISO, also 505M. As a result, when my download reached 99%, it never connected again...
