This has nothing to do with virtual drives at all! Because virtual drives are only loaded after Windows starts! So they don't exist in pure DOS! As for only being able to see drive C and drive D, it might be because the partition table is messed up! Try fdisk /mbr! As for not being able to enter help, I'll go and try it first and then see!
