The following is a quote from sml06 on 2003-7-24 18:10:35:
Webmaster: Hello!
I have used almost all the boot disks from this site and also made my own boot disk, but none can boot my USB CD-ROM. My CD-ROM is a Winbook external CD-ROM, TEAC CD-224E USB Device. Using IBMUSBCD.SYS from this site can recognize it, but cannot assign a drive letter. I would like to ask the webmaster, can you tell me how to drive my CD-ROM? Thank you!!!

To assign a drive letter after recognizing it with IBMUSBCD.SYS, you need to use MSCDEX.

My USB mobile hard drive, which is a laptop hard drive plus a USB hard drive enclosure! It works normally under the WIN system, but cannot be driven under DOS...

My 128M USB Samsung and E drive are rarely successfully driven with the Super MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk. Every time it encounters duse, it prompts that it cannot be driven, and then it freezes at usbaspi1/2.sys. But I successfully drove the USB flash drive by using both aspiuhci.sys and di1000dd.sys at the same time (both can work).
