By "hard disk" I was naturally referring to an old hard disk used for testing... can that big 80GB hard disk be used for this kind of testing?

Looks like everyone has similar hobbies. I collected 5 hard disks of 120M from a friend, and I've already ruined three of them. DOS is installed on the remaining two and I don't dare mess around with them anymore, hehe~~~

It can!! If a newly bought hard disk has problems within seven days, you can take it back and exchange it for a new one........

I also used HD-COPY to copy the disk, and the copied floppy could also be used, so this software set is not very heavily encrypted. As long as you make a backup with HD, you can make a repair floppy anytime later.

After making it into an IMG image it can't be used anymore. Looks like it can only be used on a physical floppy drive and can't be burned to disc~~~

Just use WINRAR; WINCAB gets it a bit smaller, but it can only be used on a floppy, so compressing it is no use either.

It can be used on drive c:. It requires that the hard disk to be repaired be detected in BIOS first.
Repairing 100~200 bad sectors is still no problem.

Ah~~! Just emulate a floppy drive! Then directly use version 1.51 to generate a floppy disk image (you can find a registered version online), and then just copy it out from the floppy and it can be used.

I've even used it to repair my 160G hard disk, and the repair effect was pretty good. But it seems that sometimes after repair the data cannot be read (mine lost the partition table). So if you want the data, copy it out first, or hand it over to a professional organization for handling.
