Since it's an application program, then put it in run
Or add a delay in your script before starting your program

The reason I put it in the script is precisely because I don't want that program's display box to appear. I want it to execute at startup, or execute in the background.

The key is whether your program supports interactive execution?
If it does, wouldn't writing a vbs be better

Friend in post #16, I don't have the same test environment as you, so how can I give you an "exact answer"?
The start command in the startup script can't start that service; it may be because when the script is executed at startup, that service still hasn't finished starting. The code in post #15 is for testing that.
If you're worried about rebooting the machine, then don't test it. I'll wait with you for an expert's answer :)

vbs is also a script, the save format is .vbs

The startup script should be saved under %windir%\system32\GroupPolicy\Machine\Scripts\Startup
Then in Group Policy you just need to specify that script's filename, for example radmin.cmd
This kind of trojan sometimes needs some services to support it, and it may not be able to start at boot, so it's best added to the user logon script
%windir%\system32\GroupPolicy\user\Scripts\Startup
