In Taiwan, a 16MB USB flash drive costs several thousand dollars.... Let alone 32MB and 64MB ones~

Using a USB flash drive requires at least USB booting, but machines supporting USB booting are still in the minority. And even fewer people have both a USB flash drive and a machine supporting USB booting. Moreover, the chance that this USB flash drive can be used on someone else's machine is even smaller. Using USB flash drives is a trend, but the current penetration rate is still far from sufficient.
