Reply to yf612:It is said that chcp 950 is Traditional Chinese, chcp 936 Simplified Chinese, chcp 437 English (on my system both chcp 437 and chcp 37 are English pages) But I tried it, and entering the command chcp 950 says invalid code page. It may have something to do with the system I installed, a pirated xp sp2, and a stripped-down one at that. The commands below are all valid, but which code page specifically, you'll know after trying: chcp 37 chcp 437 chcp 500 chcp 737 chcp 775 chcp 850 chcp 852 chcp 855 chcp 857 chcp 860 chcp 861 chcp 863 chcp 865 chcp 866 chcp 869 chcp 874 chcp 875 chcp 936

If I remember right.. smth uses a set of programs on linux/unix.. The keyword I remember is telnet BBS
