I changed it back randomly:
@echo off
REG delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Console /v FullScreen /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f>nul
REG ADD HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Console /v FullScreen /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f>nul

Me too, it didn't work. The system is Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]. The same error as the building's.
