To be honest, from a practical perspective, it's completely meaningless because floppy disks have basically been phased out now. Both the speed and capacity are intolerable. The only reason it still exists is that it's portable and can be written to. A CD-R is cheaper than a floppy disk and has a capacity equivalent to five hundred floppy disks. It just can't be erased and rewritten multiple times. CD-RW is relatively still too expensive.

But if it's taken as a subject, streamlining COMMAND.COM is quite worthy of research. If it can be achieved, it will greatly improve one's personal computer skills. Knowledge is all gained through continuous challenges.
