You need to first enter the folder you created. For example, if this empty folder is in d:\123, under DOS, you first enter
d:
cd 123
rd 0200~1 /s /q
and that's it.
d:
cd 123
rd 0200~1 /s /q
and that's it.

ps: Latest discovery: It seems that attr.com cannot add the "system" attribute to this folder!! Hiding is possible, but how can I add the "system hidden" attribute to this folder??
