Under this circumstance, can I share this ISO within a certain range? That is, not to distribute this file alone, but to include it in a large collection where foreigners may not necessarily find or locate it? Thanks.

Got it. I made the Chinese boot interface with EZBOOT, and it's estimated that foreigners can't understand it either.
