Then it might be better to directly upload it as an attachment to this forum. Currently, all attachments in the forum require login and points to download, and others can't download. Just like the following test attachment:

May I put it into the IMG image of my own DOS driver disk and integrate it into a multi-boot (including xp) CD and make it into an ISO? Under this circumstance, can I share this ISO within a certain range? That is, not to distribute this file alone, but to include it in a large collection where foreigners may not necessarily find or locate it?

It is okay as long as it is not sent abroad, it is fine for domestic personal use.
