Why not everyone think about how to make a streamlined Windows 98 in a bootable CD, with common functions. Then the computer's operating system can be just a CD, no problem of system damage, at worst just restart, haha. Or can also make Windows 2000? Windows XP? Everyone give it a try!

The solution without CD - R or CD - RW is software like VPC. I have done experiments. It's absolutely no problem. In the virtual environment, use ISO as the disc. For the boot part, I have only used the boot disc of 98. Then configure the menu by myself. These are all very simple. Just input basic DOS commands~ It's just about functions. Don't make a reduced - version Windows because that will make the system read the CD - ROM frequently!!!!! Then it will be time to replace the CD - ROM! ! !
