I found that it's not a motherboard issue.

I found that if grub uses
kernel /memdisk
initrd /fzdos.img
it can run normally.

If using
map --mem /fzdos.img (fd0)
map --hook
chainloader (fd0)+1
rootnoverify (fd0)
or the boot made by vfloppy can't run normally.

Will there be any problem with run (cd)\fzdos.img?

XMGR is the "final improved version" of QHIMEM, without the trouble of QDBOOT, it is very simple to load UMBPCI, and it also supports XMS 3.0, completely replacing HIMEM.SYS which only has XMS 2.0! (If the BIOS does not meet the standard, there is no way)
