I downloaded cult.exe and wget.exe, (in the same directory as the running file)
I ran the above code in the command prompt,
When I entered:
dict /f abandon, but got
'dict' is not an internal or external command, nor is it a runnable program
or batch file.

Save the batch file on the first floor as dict.bat and place it in the system executable path.
