I downloaded cult.exe and wget.exe, (in the same directory as the running file) I ran the above code in the command prompt, When I entered: dict /f abandon, but got 'dict' is not an internal or external command, nor is it a runnable program or batch file. What's going on here? I've been busy all night. Experts, please give me some advice.

Save the batch file on the first floor as dict.bat and place it in the system executable path.
