The function of that VBS is not like what someone said as "{F5}+{F10}+E", which actually misinterprets the original intention.
In fact, it should be three groups of key combinations:
"{F5}" ------------- The real function here is to activate the Windows Explorer window, preparing for opening the right-click menu below.
"+{F10}" --------- The "+" actually represents the "Shift" key, so this combination key is "Shift+F10", and its function is to open the right-click menu of Windows Explorer.
"e" ----------------- This actually needs no more explanation, that is, press the "Refresh (E)" item in the above menu.
