The original internal commands REN and RENAME for renaming file names have been modified to: RRR and RRRRRR. It's too troublesome to change to other letters and have to convert to hexadecimal. Who made REN's R be 52 in hexadecimal? Copy six 52s in one go, ha……

The two DOS internal commands REN and RENAME are located in COMMAND.COM of the MS-DOS 6.22 version:
DEBUG COMMAND.DAT -E C230 52 52 52 52 52 52 -E C23C 52 52 52 -W -Q

-E C230 52 52 52 52 52 52 corresponds to the internal command: RENAME

(-E C230 "REDTEK" )
(It's the same if you directly write if converting ASCII to hexadecimal is troublesome, as above)

-E C23C 52 52 52 corresponds to the internal command: REN

Download a CMD file yourself and execute it, then you can use the DOS command REN.
