Rebuilding the partition table is very risky. If you don't have a USB drive or a floppy drive, it's better to give up. If the partition table rebuilding fails, you may not just lose one partition, but possibly all of them, or it's more reassuring to spend a few bucks at a repair shop~

Or you can run diskmgmt.msc in Windows to check the disk situation, which may also solve your problem
