Thanks to the enthusiastic friends upstairs, but when I read the article "Why Does Microsoft Have a Grudge Against China Unicom", I understood the author's analysis process and explanation. There is one where he asks us to verify the IsTextUnicode function. He wrote this function: IsTextUnicode("联通", 4, nul). How to verify this function? Does it need to be verified on a specific programming tool?

Answer to floor 13: In Unicode, each character occupies two bytes, while in ASCII, each character occupies one byte. This is the most obvious difference. How can two different character sets be compared?
