I tried it, and this ecomstation is easier to install than previous OS/2, and it directly supports CD boot.

Finally downloaded. The download speeds are: the first part is 6.5K/S, the second part is 70K/S, the third to sixth parts are downloaded at 180-200K/S, and the seventh part is 75K/S. (Parts 2 to 7 were downloaded from 1:00 to 3:30)
From this, it seems that it's not because of my computer, but "time". The download speed from 1:00 to 4:00 is 200K/S. It's strange that the download speed of other websites during the day is also very normal!

I used to download things from FTP, and being satisfied with 6.5K (or even at night)

Finally installed.
Found that this system is particularly time-consuming to install, took about 1 hour on the virtual machine! After installation, it occupied 1.2GB of space! (default) It is very similar to OS/2 WARP 4.0 when completed, and many programs even did not change their codes!

To download this software, I used the DUDU downloader, Mini Thunder (which I found was also ineffective; that website would have errors when it detected I was using a tool, and in the end, I honestly used IE to download) and other download tools I usually don't want to use. It made me not sleep well last night, :( I didn't go to work today either! (The typhoon landed today!)
I heard that version 2.0 has also come out? It supports 64-bit!

No way, I installed it in VPC in less than half an hour (don't use VMware, it doesn't support OS/2), using the hpfs partition format, and after installation, it took up more than 500MB of space. I also installed the VPC additions, and can use functions like shared folders.

It seems it's still in beta. Once it's officially released, there should be live CD downloads on the ecomstation website. Currently, only the 1.2 live CD is available for download.
