I want to flash the motherboard BIOS. I heard that it's basically unlikely to succeed under Windows. Is that true?
Under DOS, there's no floppy drive or floppy disk. How to operate?

I like to flash the BIOS under Windows. I only go to DOS to flash it as a last resort.

It's Award.
I've heard that flashing BIOS is very risky, and if it fails, the motherboard might be bricked......

Personally, I think it's a memory issue with the LZ. According to the description in the first floor by the original poster that the system crashed or blue - screened during installation, I judge it's a memory problem. If the original poster has two pieces of memory, it is suggested to first install one and try or change one.
