The moderator is really excellent, far beyond our comparison~~
I originally used to process the current time and the user input time by removing the 0, but the moderator's method is more ingenious, only processing the user input unilaterally, which is really admirable.

Brother's comments in the program used an incorrect method, which hindered the normal execution of the batch processing. It is suggested that brother do a good job in testing before updating the code.

As brother namejm said, too many comments are not only useless but also harmful, and excellent writing style will make people understand the code more effectively than comments. My suggestion is to only comment on the modules starting with tags and more complex statements.

For the format detection method of date and time, please use if /? to check the comparison operators in it, I believe you will gain something.

The date and time have been verified using the original method~~~

It's a pity! It seems that you didn't take the suggestions from me and namejm. The redundant comments in the code are still there, the 08/09 judgment still uses the old algorithm, and the time detection still uses for. If you can improve these situations, I will give my own suggestions after making a more detailed test on the code.
