I saw a method online. Enter pure DOS, change cmd.exe to logon.scr. After restarting, about ten minutes later, CMD will run in the system way. However, it can't be like the net user command mentioned online. So I thought of using group policy to create a startup script. The content of the script is of course using the net user command. This method uses the screen saver lonon.scr file.
