If there is no CD, boot from WinPE and install the system using the ISO. Microsoft strongly recommends this method, so the new version of Vista can no longer be installed from DOS, only from WinPE.

If you want to install the system to the C drive with the file system NTFS under the command line, use a PE CD. Otherwise, just install the console command to the hard drive first!
