I've seen patches from 3.1 to 3.11 in many places... But the Chinese version of 3.2 has already been updated.

In 1993, in China, people all used 5-inch floppy disks for copying, and they couldn't waste them~
Windows 3.11 didn't flow into China because after 3.1, WFW 3.11 came out soon. 3.11 didn't change much, and even not many people used it abroad. |
