Because over 90% of N IN 1 boot CDs need DOS boot IMG files. IMG is bootable. There are some commonly used system tools inside...

He said yesterday that he was trying Windows 2003 Server. As for DOS, he said it's very convenient to burn CDs under DOS with that software I mentioned.
