It took an entire afternoon to finally upload the Simplified Chinese version of Windows NT 3.51 Workstation.
Strangely, when uploading, it was only 1~12 KB/S, but when downloading, the speed was 200 KB/S.

However, NT 3.51 still has some problems with supporting NTFS (NTFS 3.x) after Windows 2000. Back then, Microsoft only provided the NTFS 3.x driver for NT 4.

MSVCR71.DLL is a VC runtime library and should exist in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory (assuming the WIN directory is C:\WINDOWS). If it's not there, you can download it here:

Actually, taking some things from the dcom95 package, deleting nsSafebrowsingApplication.js and nsSearchService.js, maybe Firefox 2.0 can run (I succeeded like this under the original Win95).

I tried it. By simply renaming nsSafebrowsingApplication.js and nsSearchService.js in the components directory (oleaut32.dll had already been updated), Firefox 2.0 (2.0.0.12) can run under NT 3.51.
