Here, the "Star Moon Romance" just doesn't work.

Also, I have a liquid crystal display. May I ask friends who are familiar with univbe, after my computer runs, it is abnormal (sometimes the screen turns completely red). Some run univbe normally, but can't run games. Can it be solved? Is it related to the liquid crystal display?

Here, "Star Moon Romance" can also run and has sound.

But "Princess Maker 2" is the same as mentioned above, it seems unable to run normally. Only "Princess Maker 1" can run.

UNIVBE seems to only support old graphics cards of a few megabytes. New graphics cards can play these games without running UNIVBE, but there are a few games that don't work, including the deluxe version of "Princess Maker 2", while the normal version is okay.

Tried a few more games:
Ancient Continent: Runs normally, with music and sound effects.

Military Strategist Battle: Normal

Fighting King of Fighters: Can run, freezes in the middle.

Dragon Knight 4: Click the left mouse button near the dot on the lower border of the screen (that is, the junction of the black area and the game area) to bring up the menu.

Uploaded a file "cpm2" of "Princess Maker 2", and set "Do not use EMS" in the game settings to run normally. There is music.

Win2000 supports DOS programs far less than XP, for example, it doesn't support sound, and may not run because of this... XP supports emulating SB2.0 sound card and can run most DOS programs...

Great post. I've downloaded it. Fortunately, I still have an Ajiate ISA sound card, it's 16-bit. Hehe. C&C can be played. Sound is working. Cool.
