It's a pity that Paragon Partition Explorer for DOS seems unable to support Chinese long filenames.

The Paragon 7.0 For dos I downloaded also has an English interface (even though the code page has been selected as 936). Do I need to localize it into Chinese?

The code page refers to the code page of the file system, which has no relation to the interface itself.
