I used to use the interface too, but later I found that choosing HIGH compression isn't as effective as writing the command parameter -z9. So now I use the command method.

Bro, hurry up and find a disk data recovery software online. The software EasyRecovery might be able to salvage it, but don't write anything on the disk. There's another recovery software better than this called DISK something, but I forgot the exact name. Go find it yourself! Good luck.
