After carefully reading the bochs configuration instructions, I finally successfully emulated a serial mouse. The mouse can now be used in windows 1.01, and with the ega driver it can even display color.

Windows 1.0 really is interesting. Isn't it basically a graphical DOS system?

Actually, the simplest way to install win101 is: copy all files to a 1.44 or DMF disk, prepare setver or dosver, find the mouse.drv from Windows 2.x and put it on the disk to replace the original file. That way it's easy to install, and it also supports a PS/2 mouse
