It's open, otherwise there won't be sound in Windows 2000 either. I checked in the BIOS, sound blaster is enabled, and other parameters are the same as in autoexec.bat

Most likely, it's due to incorrect settings of sound card parameters such as volume. Please check it.

Which file should I check? Should I modify the parameters in autoexec.bat myself? What should I change them to? (Because those parameters were automatically added when installing the driver and are in line with the parameters about the sound card in the BIOS, so I think it's not easy to change. It's hard to say. You can try skipping the execution of CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT.
