Now the machine is all installed with WinXP, and it's not likely to delete it and reinstall Win31. It would be great if it could be made into a bootable CD and run directly from the CD.

Can it be made into a USB drive bootable one?

It's quite convenient to use Win31 as a terminal.

I hope to make a full-function memory-running version of Win32 or Win311. After all, there is enough memory on the current machine.

This is very simple. Create a fixed-capacity virtual hard disk with VPC, then install DOS + Win3.2 in the virtual machine. After installation, restart the real machine, and use the grub command map --mem to start this VHD file in the real machine.
This Win 3.2 is a fully memory-running Win 3.2. If you want to modify this VHD, you can modify it in the virtual machine again.
