Different departments can be set to different subnets, for example, department 1 can be set to 192.168.0…… Department 2 can be set to 192.168.1…… However, the specific setup is a bit complicated, and a server is required to coordinate the network. The routers and switches you mentioned cannot achieve this function!

Your method is to use the subnet number to divide different subnets; while what I thought is to use the mask to divide and further divide supernets on this basis.
Using the mask method: Set the mask as 255.255.255.128 Then there are two subnets: Subnet A: 192.168.1.1/24 ~ 192.168.1.126/24 Subnet B: 192.168.1.129/25 ~192.168.1.254/25 |
