Probably because nobody promoted it.
ETen had a Simplified Chinese edition released in the mainland. On the other hand, with so many Chinese character support systems in the mainland, not a single one ever put out a Traditional Chinese edition. Everyone just kept fighting among themselves.

Back when DOS was still in use, ETen was really famous in Taiwan!! CCDOS had no reputation at all back then; maybe there are even people in Taiwan who still don't know what CCDOS is!!

Roy, I used the "Super Chinese" system you uploaded. I first ran LDFNT.com, then after running VGA.com, the upper part of the screen turned into a gray block, and the lower part showed a blue bar, displaying "Super Chinese" and a clock. What's causing this??
