What I mean is: cut 100 ntldr to generate files like ntldr.001, and just keep this ntldr.001. Then you first prepare the second half ntldr2.bin. Finally, merge: copy /b ntldr.001+ntldr2.bin ntldr

Just tried edithex again, and it works perfectly. Just use a redirection:
Create a do.txt with content like:
0000
0001
ntldr
Then enter the command: edithex<do.txt and it's done.
