The net command not being usable doesn't mean it can't run (right now it just can't run the way you think, because for normal operation it needs other things)
When you use net /? you're only running the command itself, without loading anything else, so it can run
The introduction for the net command teaches you how to use net; it doesn't teach you how to make net usable
Aren't they on the realteak driver disk? Under A:\NWCLIENT\DOS
Don't add parameters
Good grief, you have to load the files mentioned above first, and set up path properly (during installation it seems to get set automatically on the A: drive)
Or use the other method I mentioned
It won't all fit on one floppy
Are you trying to connect to a network or get on the Internet?
If it's getting on the Internet, just load rtspkt and that's enough
