I found a Lynx
but I don't know whether it's the wattcp Lynx you were talking about
Also, why is the Lynx.cfg you edited so big? So many lines aren't used.
Could you give a simplified setup method?
Also, which directory should I put this Lynx.cfg in?

I renamed the lynx.cfg.txt you provided to lynx.cfg and put it in the same directory as lynx.exe. In pure DOS, after loading the Packet driver, I ran lynx.exe
and it said configuration file /dev/env/dudir/lib/lynx.cfg is not available
What should I do?

Lynx is of course a text browser for DOS, namely Wattcp Lynx. I use it often, and it supports FTP.

Does Lynx support proxy servers?
If it does, where do I set it?
It would be best if it can be set in a *.cfg file, that would be very convenient.

Lynx supports proxy servers, because it is based on Wattcp TCP/IP, and Wattcp TCP/IP supports that. The method is to configure the proxy server settings in WATTCP.CFG.
