I tested 3 USB drives and 2 machines, and it works. Also, my own machine doesn't work, and it doesn't work when using the original USB drive software to make it. I think the compatibility must not be so perfect. I haven't studied 40G large USB drives yet, but it must be similar. You need to write the MBR and partition boot record, and finally copy the boot files.

2. Turn on the USB-FDD switch for the floppy disk that supports USB boot, then connect it to the computer, and the computer will treat the USB flash drive as drive A or B

This software has many problems. I used it and formatted my 32M one to 24M, and it still can't boot. Later, I booted to DOS from the CD - ROM, used the sys (USB drive letter) command and then set it to USB drive boot, and then it could boot.
