I tested 3 USB drives and 2 machines, and it works. Also, my own machine doesn't work, and it doesn't work when using the original USB drive software to make it. I think the compatibility must not be so perfect. I haven't studied 40G large USB drives yet, but it must be similar. You need to write the MBR and partition boot record, and finally copy the boot files.

Methods to create a USB flash drive bootable disk under WIN2K/XP: 1. First, disable the floppy drive in Device Manager 2. Turn on the USB-FDD switch for the floppy disk that supports USB boot, then connect it to the computer, and the computer will treat the USB flash drive as drive A or B 3. Find any bootable DOS image file casually, and use tools like Floppy Image to write it to the USB flash drive 4. If this image file supports USB devices, of course, you can put antivirus software such as ghost8, kv3000dos, etc. into it

This software has many problems. I used it and formatted my 32M one to 24M, and it still can't boot. Later, I booted to DOS from the CD - ROM, used the sys (USB drive letter) command and then set it to USB drive boot, and then it could boot.
