grldr is used as the boot file to boot pxegrub. In menu.lst:
title go to pxelinux
chainloader --force /pxelinux.0
pxe keep

Tried it, it's pretty good. But there's still a bit of an issue. I can successfully start it with VMware. But after PM starts up, there's a screen with garbled characters. How can I get the network function to start when I select menu 1 to start?

PM cannot be executed directly. You should execute Hdtools, then select 1 to enter PM. After selecting the menu 1, the network function is to execute Runnet
