During that time, even the Zhengzhou University homepage (http://www.zzu.edu.cn) seemed to be inaccessible...

I could get in from here. Around noon I heard from my coworker that the air conditioner had broken, the temperature went up, so they shut down the server. He turned it back on in the afternoon

I've been trying to connect all day!
This damned crappy server!
Even in hotter weather than this, my home PC never gets shut down!
I only turn on the air conditioner at night!
And it still works as usual!
After all, I modified the cooling system myself!
Just for peace of mind!
