Quick Basic has a compiler. If it's a BASIC program like BASICA, just rewrite it a bit and that's enough.

There's also one called
TURBO BASIC. Like TURBO C, it can generate EXE files by itself.

I think quick basic is still better, it's very simple to use, and the language in qB is a bit more advanced than TB.
