I discussed this with moderator Wengier on MSN, but we still couldn't decide, so I'd like everyone to give some opinions. Let me first put forward a few views.
1. From the forum publicity point of view, it should have a LOGO. That can not only increase the forum's exposure, but also boost its popularity.
2. If we look at it from "practicality," removing the LOGO can save 126KB of space, so more software can be included for easier use.

If we're going to make a LOGO, it would be best for a CD; not for a floppy disk, if we're talking about publicity. On the floppy disk, it would be enough to mention our Union and website in several places.

I really want a logo like the moderator's, but unfortunately I don't know how to make one.
