Just found from GOOGLE.
I also had this software before, it's also called DAZZLE.EXE, but the version is different. The final screen is a person sitting on a chair.

Download DAZZLE.EXE, can only run in pure DOS.

This software also has antivirus protection, not allowing modification of content, even decompressing PKLITE is not possible.
