Well, various versions of Windows can all be Embedded, and Microsoft also provides the Windows XP Embedded development kit, which has very detailed instructions on the kit.

This kind of thing is better to study slowly by oneself, it can't be explained in a few words. In my experience, it's still better to explore more by oneself.
