In XP, there is the shutdown command. /s is for shutting down, /r is for restarting, and you can use the /? parameter to see other options.

No, I tried. That command can only be used by the superuser. I don't have the permission to use that command with my current user~

Add yourself to the administrators group with "localgrouop administrators xxx /add" or run "runas /user:administrator "shutdown -s -t 0"

P.S. It seems that the parameters for shutdown use "-" instead of "/"

Are the fifth floor and the second floor from the same place??

Even if the second floor is correct, it just doesn't work~~

The fourth floor looks good, but I don't understand it. Can you explain it more clearly???

The LZ is talking about the DOS system. Personally, I think it's pure DOS. Well, isn't it just shutting down? It's too easy. LZ, listen up. Raise one of your hands (left or right doesn't matter), then free up a finger (preferably a finger with a bit of strength) and then press hard on the button you usually press when you start up (some machines need to be pressed for a certain period of time, depending on the situation). Then you will see the screen turn black. Okay, at this point, I can say that you have successfully shut down from the DOS system. Congratulations, congratulations................

The LZ tries this command:
http://nufans.net/clone/systools/shutdown.exe

The usage is similar to XP's shutdown. To shut down:
shutdown -u -f -t 0

Note that this is not the one built into XP. This one should be able to bypass the ordinary user's permissions because when it runs, it elevates the process's permissions to system.

shutdown 1.0 for Windows XP - September 2nd, 2001
Copyright(C) 2000-2001 Andrej Budja, www.budja.com/shutdown
This program is FREEWARE.

Usage: shutdown

-l: Log Off.
-u: Shutdown (Turn Off).
-r: Restart.
-h: Hibernate.
-s: Stand By (Sleep).

-f: Force the action.

-c: Cancel a running shutdown.
-t sec: Delay for number of seconds.
Examples:
shutdown -l -f: Logs off current user and forces quick shutdown of applications
shutdown -s -t 30: Initates standby in 30 seconds
shutdown -c: Cancels all initiated actions

Yun~~~~ The person on the 10th floor is too boasting. If you can escalate privileges to SYSTEM, you can also use the built-in shutdown, right? Also, if you escalate privileges, then this MS vulnerability is too big. If a normal user can shut down the computer with SYSTEM privileges, then what's the security of Windows? Through testing, without changing privileges, you can shut down.

If you want to use the system's built-in shutdown, log in as an administrator. In gpedi.msc, add your own account to the shutdown permission. Specifically, there is a registry value I forgot

The shutdown introduced by Climbing is pretty good! It can replace the one for XP.

How do you explain how it shuts down the computer?

As far as I know, the program I provided will elevate its own privileges by itself. Whether it is SYSTEM privileges or not, I haven't carefully verified it, and this needs to be discussed. Moreover, I have also written programs to enumerate and kill processes by myself, which require using API functions to elevate process privileges.

And there is a common tool used by hackers called psu, whose function is to enter SYSTEM privileges as a normal user. I'm afraid you are a bit uninformed.
