My operating system is Win98. A few days ago, I formatted it completely successfully. Today, I can't format it. The symptoms are as follows: If I choose to restart in Win98 and switch to DOS mode, it goes to c:/windows and then freezes, the keyboard doesn't respond, the warm boot doesn't work, only the rest start works. If I boot directly into DOS, input format c:, and it says bad command…………I don't know what to do. I thought I could format like this before, help help.

After downloading, unzip the ZIP file with PKUNZIP, then unzip the IMG file with UNDISK, and you can directly run the FORMAT command.
