Nero, Boot CD, put in a floppy disk or floppy disk image
The floppy disk image can be made with HD-COPY plus the /I- parameter or with WINIMAGE

For CD booting, I'm using the original 98 IMG and it goes directly into DOS. I want to enter WIN32 from DOS, but I don't know how to modify the OP's IMG (BAT).
